Why Changing Management in the Workplace is important?

In today's business changing management in the workplace is mandatory for a successful business.
Management change is needed to address innovation, new technology and new customer demands. 
Change in management can go both ways, can make the business successful which is the idea of all this change or can do damage to the business. Most of the business try to keep up with the technology and customers needs so they hire new managers that can bring new ideas and innovations to the company. Customers are always looking for something new out there in the business world so it is hard to keep up and satisfy all their needs. And then we have other customers that like it one way they don't like change and they get disappointed from the company when they make this kind of changes. It's never going to be that easy, making everybody happy it's not going to happened. But overall changing management in the workplace is very important in my opinion because you need new ideas on the table and new faces. Maybe sometimes they will have less experience because they are new in the field but more knowledge about how the business works today which leads to a successful business.
